I mailed in my ID Ctx65cs components and i emailed them to received confirmation. apparently they mailed them and i was suppose to receive them 12/14 but it said delivered to my front door but no one here heard UPS ring the bell or saw the package outside

What the hell can i do?

Got it all situated

They mailed it to my friends shop address where we filed the RA # instead. Even though I told ID to mail to my house.

Anyways. Situation resolved

when u "told" them to mail it to your house did u do it over the phone or via email? or was it done when the RA was sent.
