Id just keep the neon till it runs to the ground...I've been a dodge tech for years the neon is actually a fairly reliable vehicle, except for headgasket problems in 95 and 96. They generally run very well especially the newer body styles. Id recomend keeping it cause u wont get anything near as much out of it so you might as well use it till it dies and definately get your moneys worth out of it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
