The polio vaccine caused a polio outbreak way back when the first started administering it. If only they had something like an mRNA vaccine for polio.

They have hidden it; they lie about the causes of deaths. There’s a lot of money to be lost if people think the vaccines are causing problems, so actual vaccine injuries or related deaths tend to get labeled as something else, from what I’ve seen. It’s a giant cash cow. There’s a lot of information out there that’s censored off most media forms, unfortunately.

Where have you seen these misreported deaths? So big pharma has somehow co-opted the entire medical industry to over report covid deaths, hospitalizations, etc and under report deaths and adverse reactions to the vaccine?

Mainly because you can't encounter problems like this polio outbreak (possibly) caused by this vaccine or the 1955 incident in which 200k children were injected with "active" polio virus. Hypothetically, with a population using inactive/weakened virus vaccine almost requires gov't mandated vaccinations or the vaccination program risks actually causing an outbreak. OTOH mRNA vaccine doesn't have that short coming. We could just do away with vaccines altogether even though that puts un-necessarily puts the population at greater risk.
