He loves, LOVES to say, "you think" or "you believe" yada yada yada? In a statement/question form. He loves speaking for people. The text you gave on what he said is simply text. Once read it’s your OPINION that from what he said he committed a crime. That is totally fine to do but we must be honest that an opinion is not fact. No one here can say it’s a fact, we can all state our opinions but only the jury will get to decide what it is.
