I would like to try out being a probation officer, first. I really wouldn't mind going to someone's house/them coming to me to get insight on how to clean their act up.
I'd much rather to work like that than hard labor.

Mine is Criminology, but it doesnt really interest me. Im about to start taking my classes in it next month, and Im just not really interested.
Whats your major in? Do you enjoy it? Im just looking for some other perspectives here.

Im interested in some things like Astronomy, Physics, Electronics, and a few others. Just not sure if Id be able to get through without killing myself on something like that. And even if I did, not sure what good it would do me.

Then again, Im not sure what Ill do with a Criminology degree. I dont want to be a lawyer or cop... Not really sure. Anyone have any input as to what you're doing and how its going?

i was simply implying that having all the insight in the world wont matter if they dont give a shit about what you have to say.... much less see no error in their ways. Who's to say they're actually guilty of anything other than deviating from the common law? Much less that you've obtained the keys of wisdom. This is where the frustration comes from. And even if you're completely 100% in the right, most likely they're not going to want to hear it. They'll just tell you what you want to hear. This of course is only assuming your case load isn't so burdened that you have time to bother.

Eug, I couldn't care less if corrections/criminal jusitce are broken systems.

All I'm looking to do is make money and enjoying my job while the money is being brought in.

Edit: and it would be great for my wisdom to go in one ear and out the other, that's just bringing them back to me so I can lecture them more.

Started as engineering undecided but after my freshman year I hated the math and stuff. So i'm now in the business college at WMU, thinkin about ISM (integrated supply matrix), accounting, pharmacist, or possibly something with computers since everything will be on them in the upcoming heres.

All in all i dunno what I wanna do with my life :s

About to start. Will be majoring in Art Education and minoring in Biology

I thought about Art Education, but finding a job is hard as hell.....so many schools are cutting art programs, and those that aren't certainly aren't adding positions. Plus, KY pays student loans back if you go to school in KY and then teach here for 5 years in a "needed field" for which art doesn't qualify

I am a Spanish Education major (k-12 certification) with an Art minor....only a freshman tho
