those honey fried corn dog ones at the state fairs are awesome. Im sure its a chloresterol missle though.

Nathan's bun length, boiled, toasted bun, with ketchup and mustard or chilli. Grilled dogs are pretty good but boiled is best. No hotdog tastes like a Nathan's!

The reason i ask is because i plan on opening a hot dog stand sometime in the next 2-3 years and i need to get my menu ironed out so i can start perfecting the recipes. The only dog place we have is Dairy Queen or gross as hell Skyline Chili

If you are really serious, Come to Chicago, New York and other places known for hot dogs and see/copy what they are doing. Not saying it has to be exact, but if it was I'm sure people would buy them.
