dont generalize....

there are breeders holding prized males that do produce thc, and of course, use them to constantly improve their seed stock. no they dont have any buds, but yes there are males from some strains that breeders have found that do produce trichomes on their stamens.

whats the difference between hemp and marijuana you smoke?

A simple answer, is it has VERY low content of THC and its not something you'd want to smoke. The smoke is very think and will just make you sick.

The marijuana people smoke (the good stuff anyway) has 15% or more THC and is grown with great care. Hemp, you just plant and let it do its thing. The THC will probably be under 1%
