What I did today, well after work anyway

got off work early, went to sound shop where Canaan (guy that sold me the RE8's) works, found out he's out of school for 3 weeks so he had gone back home. Anyway, a guy was buying an amp at the shop,and I showed him my 8's and let him hear them...he was like "Sh!t, thats only those two eights.", and I said "Yeah", he said "How big is that amp?", and when told him that it was only 300 watts, he said "****, and their hitting that hard!?"

lol, I love it...I actually believe they're louder than Canaan said. I had them quit, so I pulled over beside a convenience store....turned out one of my speaker wires came lose....anyway, I hooked the wire back up and was doing a little adjusting on the amp, one of the workers in the store came out and very nicely asked me to turn it down, cause it was too loud. Also, yesterday, I stopped at a stop sign, and there was this group of people about 50 ft away, that all turned and looked at my car like WTF?..lol

Bass Mechanik is the shiznit when it comes to thumping.
