What Happened to the Fruity Trix Shapes?!

Decided to pour myself a bowl of Trix cereal this morning, then got really pissed that a couple years ago they changed it from the fruit shaped pieces to the stupid, boring, un-unique ball shape that most cereals have. Why don't they just name the things fruit balls? It's not Trix anymore, I remember eating those tiny watermelon shapes and sorting them in my bowl and eat each fruit at a time. Jeez, I'm pissed off. Meh, I'm technically still a kid (17yo). But I know that they were originally balls, but the fruit shapes were so freakin legit. The balls are boring and the texture is not even the same.

I didnt realize Trix ever went away from the uniform sized balls. But then, its probably been at least 20 years since I ate Trix cereal. Was never one of my favorites.
