They're still around...eD was a big distributor for them, but they're still out there.

I had an 800.2, and it was a great amp.

Yup, they're still up. The name of the actual company is Value Electronics Incorporated based in California. They were contracted for Tsunami's DB line, made Avionixx themselves, and are no "supposedly" doing eD's amplifiers. peace
