Mine did eventually blow a trace @ 1ohm on the output stage of the board but it was fixed for free at a local competition and it has worked great since with no problems. Now I run it at 2 ohms on just one sub. They are still good for the money you can get them pretty cheap on ebay. I seriosuly doubt even though mine is CEA rated 1016 watts @ ohm that it can push that for very long without shutting off. A JL 500/1 was louder than my x811d and didnt even warm up when we swapped it out on two type r 12's. Unless you really like the looks of them or you can get a great deal, I wouldnt buy another one just get a used amp that is known for high quality.</p></blockquote><p></p>
