When that happened to me last time I drove up beside them tried to ram into the side of them...they steered away, spinning the car out of control and ended up backwards on the side of the road. I got out of my car ran towards the car kicked at the side window with my boot yelling "get out of the car mother FUC*er".......

of course, then I blinked and was back to just driving. *shrug* I guess you just deal with it Until the one day when you finally crack and take em out.
