What do you all think and why?

I looking for some JL Audio amp to help me build my system. I was told to go with the slash v2 over the v3. What do you all think........JL audio v2 amp vs JL audio v3 amp and why?

The v2 is a bit cheaper. The v3 is updated a bit power and efficency wise. I like the black on the v3. I had many v2s.
