what did you use to bend your 6" aero?

yeah but they are spendy and the dont fit right. you should just redesign it so a straight aero will fit.

well i saw others had done it in the past with little difference. the only way i could make the port straight is making it fire from side of the box. which would you guys suggest?

because when you look down through the glass in the hatch the sub would be sitting right there.

I took off the hatch covering because it rattles too much.

I was planning on doing sub back port back with a bend but sub up port to the side will work, but its just risky.

Never done a bend with a 6". But I just used 4" elbows from the local hardware store.

fill it with sand cap both ends and heat it and bend your desired curve in the largest radius possible, We use a "hot box'' to bend PVC electric conduit at my dads electric company, at least thats how i was taught to do it, works flawlessly everytime, You have to get it pretty hot to bend, but its a smooth bend so theres less turbulence

I dont think I did. The ports mounted on the top of the box, so bracing really wasnt necessary...
