What did you make on your ACT?

The recent "whose smarter" thread got me curious....

I know some people are rather intelligent and just do not do well on standardized tests. But based on a few peoples posts.. I am expecting some high numbers..

Personally.. I took the ACT 4 times..

Once in 10th grade, twice in 11th, and once in 12th.

First THREE times I made a 27. Took a prep course that I thought would just be for stupid people, but surprisingly pulled my score up to a 30.

And those 3 points made a world of difference in scholarships.

Soo....

I'll also add the fact that it is a stupid test. I see no point in it what so ever.

Standardized Tests don't mean much though. I mean, I got a low score, but I did take it as a sophomore. **** English and Writing dropped my score down. I was 100% percentile in Science and 99% in Math, but my english score dropped me down.

but hey, I'm just coasting now waiting to get accepted to college. My teachers hate me because I coast but still do good in their classes. 3.8 last semester, and a 3.95 the one before that.

I'm waiting to go to college so I can challenge myself.

i took the SAT twice, got a 1310/1600 for whatever that's worth. no studying/prep.

edit: i believe i took it in seventh grade and got either a 21 or 22.

Science KILLED me. It was all Biology, I hadn't had a Biology class since 9th Grade, so I was punished for taking Chemistry and Physics...

Surprised by the results.. Maybe I am on to something here...

The avg score in my high school class was like a 17. lol

I don't remember the test, but I took the exact same as you (Chem 9th, Phys 10th) and I nailed it.

my SAT score was 1750 for any sort of comparision.

I took Chem 10th, Phys 11th, Chem AP 12th.

I remember the test being a lot of biology.

A lot of Punnett Squares (easy), Mendel (easy), but there were a few things on there that I remember thinking "I don't remember this...".
