something is definately wrong. i wired one of them and tried to pound it. my pg will drop down to 2 ohms but it just uses WAY more current and produces about 150 more rms. so i have an rli-10 in a .65 sealed box with about 750rms on it and it sounds like shiat. it almost sounds like they still have a sticker on the back of the magnet. (that chattering) but i know it doesn't and it only makes that noise when i starts to beat a lil above normal. is it possible i got a bad set pf subs? its not exactly a bottoming out sound. its like it reaches a certain point of excursion (less than what i think it should be) and it stayes there and the chattering just gets louder. WTF is going on??????
