Its a 12" sub but I have no other information on ratings, if anyone happens to recognize this brand it would be great!

It looks a bit like one of Robot Undergrounds Bender series subs. Except this one has a double stacked motor. If you got out here in Phoenix, I would bet it is one of theirs or possibly another sub model they re-coned. Is it a 15in? Haha you clearly said it was a 12 in the post. For some reason looked a bit bigger to me...
