What brand highs should i get for 01 Ford Ranger?

Well my bro's 2000 F150 has 6x8" in the front, but they're big enough you could probably fit 6x9s and EASILY throw some 6.5"s in there and have room for a tweeter as well. In fact I got some JVC 6.5"s in there with cardboard on one side just to close an open space.

I really enjoy the opportunities the Ford F150 gives for front speakers. You have this large flat unflexing panel you can attach anything to with a saw and a cut out diameter, and it's a snap to get the door panels off.

I honestly sugguest some low mounting 8s or midbass, like Kodas, or if you can mount them out of the way of the window, Adire Extremis 6.8. If you're really feeling bold, I'm confident you could fit some of those low depth 10s in there for a full range out of the doors! Just run a few strips of 1/2" MDF in there for bracing!

Or if money is an issue, Oz Audio Vector 6.5"s with a tapered baffle for slightly better imaging $130 plus the cost of making the baffles. Do away with the rear fill ASAP, I've heard the stock radio and it's just to die from.
