What are these called?

I'm looking for one of those relays that you can hook of to two lights and they will flash back and forth(like undercover police headlights). I'm pretty sure places like nappa sell them for less than $10. Do these have a special name or something, don't know what to look for when I go to the auto store and they have a whole shelf of relays.

not trying to impersonate a police car just think it'd be kinda cool for offroading and stuff(not on public roads)

seems like what I'm looking for, just wire one terminal to 12v and the other two to each of the + headlight terminals?

What's the difference between that and one of the ones from galls/ whelen that are over $50?
