What components would sound better?

Pioneer TS-A1305C 5.25" A-Series Component Car Speaker System

Rockford Fosgate PRIME R152-S 5.25" Component Car Speakers

Pioneer has crossover, RF doesn't. I'm gonna be having a set in the kick, a set in my doors' factory 5x7 location with a conversion plate, and then later on a set in the a pillars. So I'll probably have to tweak each set's crossover... or will I?

I have a budget of up to 80$ a pair, if anyone has better suggestions.

Three sets of speakers up front is not a good idea. What do you want out of your front sound stage?

Steve Meade has like 5 sets...

I want my front to be able to keep up with 150db+ of bass. And not just be able to be heard, I want it to blend with it, actually be the forefront of the music rather than it being second to the bass. I also want it to sound great.

Steve Meade also has more than one vehicle he's built, so which one are you referring to? His IS-F has a lot going on up front but it was well thought out, installed well, and of equal importance it is backed up with a 360.3 which was tuned by a team from RF. One pair of bullet tweeters and a couple of PA mids per side should get you the loudness you need. If you want it to sound great it's going to cost a lot more money, especially if you stick with standard woofers and tweeters.

Being you're in Louisiana you probably have some SPL folks not terribly far away who might be willing to help you in person.
