And when something is reported no action has been taken more than a simple infraction from what I've seen.

I'm not saying that it was an unfair ban by any means just pointing out that you guys need to pay attention more often. Not all of us think to hit the report button 100% of the time.

yes, but we volunteer for this in our spare time. If I were being paid to do it, you can guarantee i'd be spending 8hrs a day going through everything. But to pay the mods would probably require us to start charging for membership.
