What would be louder? or do u think would be louder?

Ok heres the choices...............

2 12 inch Kicker CVXs in a 4.5 cf ported box tuned to 35hz with 74 sq inch of port with about 1000rms-1200rms

OR

1 18 inch Re Mt in a 4.5 cubes tuned to 45hz with 110 sq. inches of port with about 1500rms-2000rms

your tring to shove a 18 in 4.5 cubes with not enough power.. poor decision.. the CVXs will probably sound a bit better and get as loud but the 18 does have the cone area advantage... all in all i would still go with the 12s...

yuh i was thinkin the cvxs would be louder with some more wattage

how many rms watts u suggest

I was thinkin 1200 rms at first but then i researched and some people said 1000rms
