Well I think this is the first time that I am glad I am an idiot. Upon physically inspecting the fuse it looked fine... I then measured across it and got 0 volts, so I thought all was good... Well what I failed to do then was actually put it in the holder and measure across the holder!!!! I was getting crazy off the wall numbers and not 0!!! Then measure in front of the fuse (and to a ground) and got a a wonderful 12 volts, but then behind it I got some crappy 9volts... Bought a new fuse and now all is good!! Moral of the story... When a fuse looks fine, it may not be!!! I guess measuring across a fuse without any current going through it is a little difficult to determine if the fuse is good or not... Either way, got it sounding pretty nice!!!!
