Just about all of these suggestions will work. Whatever youdecide to do you better do it quick before you lose that cracking trim piece.

I was gonna suggest super glue and then clear silicone around it.

Well I took the back part of my rear seat off and discovered the window is screw in, so I don't think it's going anywhere. Now the plastic piece has a rubber piece around it that has partially slipped off and is going behind the plastic, pushing it out even more.
