I am a three almost four year sober alcoholic and I smoke daily throughout the day. I haven't almost gotten divorced, lost my license, don't remember a lot of my kids first couple years of life due to weed. Alcohol almost cost me all I had, pot keeps me able to do my job at work and at home and lead a happy normal life and play with and enjoy and rebuild my relationship with my children.

What is normal? Can normal really be objectively defined? I would argue that normal is a relative term and what's normal for me is just as normal as what's normal for you. And if normal is defined as what everyone else is doing, count me out.

I support anyone who does anything they enjoy (or that helps them cope with their lot in life) so long as they don't infringe on the person or property of others in the process.

Thanks pretty sure my 30 year old brain knows itself better than you, and I do considering I'm not some card holding kid who smokes for no reason it was actually suggested by people who went to school to learn how the brain works, and as I used to have to take multiple large dose antidepressants daily that chemically did the same thing in the brain that pot does, if I need to explain further I can just trust that I know what I'm doing

Weed is also in nature too. I would choose weed over synthetic drugs anyday.

Same here bruh, I drink ALOT more jager since I gave up pot. Not through the week or anything, but if its the weekend and Im drinking, I have to drink 2x the amount to get where I want to be (fifth) vs a pint and smoke a blunt.

I like to smoke but i'm on medication now that the doctor test for other drugs so i can't smoke anymore *****. I used to smoke daily, than i got older i don't want to smoke everyday just once in awhile. Nothing wrong with a little smoke here and there as long as it don't infringe on you living a productive life. My son smokes weed to, but i tell him it better not mess with his schooling or regular life. he does good so i can't make him not smoke, he's going to do it if i told him not to anyway.
