Ok im making my new site and am trying to do the coding for a single image rollover image seen here

But when i copy the CSS code into Dreamweaver. i can change to location to Home.png in my root folder.
But i never see the button in dreamweaver design view or in the browser.
Do i need to put some kind of tag around the code or in a CSS rule?
