Isn't it true that your system is only as good as it's weakest link? Like, say your battery negative to chassis ground is only 8 gauge, and the rest of the wire is 1 gauge, doesn't that mean that your system is only as good as the smallest wire ?

( which would be 8 gauge )

I know electricity has to do a full circle, so it only makes sense this way.

Very true. If you got 1/0 gauge power wire you should have at least a 1/0 ground wire as well other wise you defeat the point of having that 1/0 in the first place.

hes talking about the stock battery wire not his amp wire. i can only assume the answer is yes hence so many people gaining so much from upgrading the big 3
