I got screwed into buying a crap amp and it turns out that I am only running about 28 watts rms to each sub. I also have the bass boost switch on and it says +18db. Obviously, with the combination of the two, the sound *****, but it's decently loud. I just got an amp that can safely give each sub around 450 watts rms, but the boost only goes up to +10db. I am aware that it can cause damage to run the boost all the way, but which setup would be louder, and by how much?</p></blockquote><p></p>
