watching cnn on zahi tv........

when i first started, the channel was smooth. after a few weeks it would start and stop, start and stop. to fix this, i would restart my computer pull the site back up again and the feed would go smoothly. now, the feed keeps doing it over and over. i just restarted my computer, went straight to the website to watch the feed and it starts and stops over and over.

why is it doing this? is there some processes on my computer i can shut off? please help shortdude

well, even if i try to watch it, its gonna start and stop constantly. i ran avg through my comp, installed the latest version of flash and even knocked my running processes down from 43 to 32. idk what to do
