so last night i got a warning for wreckless driving and speeding...will this show up on my insurance or anything? i dont know if i should tell my rents or not

Nope, was it a verbal warning or written warning? If its a written i believe other officers that pull you over will see it, but not insurance.

i had state farm ins. when i lived in wyoming and they droped me for it so keep an eye out.

had a clean mvr and went to court on this one and won the case but they still dropper me

and mine was writen

written...it was raining hard and i was texting while driving (bad idea) and i kinda went into a crazy fishtail around a turn...the cop was driving behind me and said he then clocked me at 43 (it was a 25 zone)...i was actually pretty suprised to get the warning

Yeah, sounds to me like that was a ticket, not a warning.

Warnings aren't filed with the state, so they don't go on your record, and your insurance doesn't know about them. No need to go to court for a warning, since there's no fine.

Exactly, you dont have to sign for them either, usually they just circle warning on the ticket and hand it to you for a written. These i BELIEVE other officers can see, but it doesnt go to state, but i could be wrong about other cops seeing them as well.

Ive gotten a few warnings, 2 were for no front license plate, and one was for doing 6 over the speedlimit, that one was a written and i just threw away the piece of paper and that was it.

Long story short, dont sweat it.

yeah i signed it but i figgued it was no big deal...threw it in the glove compartment and continued with the night

yea i had my eyes on the road, but it was raining so hard and i went in to te turn way too fast with only one hand on the wheel...and ford explorers arent supposed to take turns too fast to begin with...
