I've had issues with paypal, and they want paperwork from me that's literally impossible for me to provide because I don't own a home. I would have to literally either buy a home or put bills in my name that I don't pay. They locked my account out of the blue after not using it for a while, won't tell me why, and won't help me get it back open. I used paypal for 12 years. And then bam! No more. I don't think you should be able to do any kind of legal agreement over the web. It should have to be done in person. The closest paypal store to me is in Philly. And I live in FL. So these giant companies like paypal and all these other payment processors have almost no accountability for their actions, because the closest you can get to them is with a phone call.
