Want to mod my xbox

i want to mod my xbox to d/l games/movies. ive seen a few sites the sell chips from 50 bucks on up but im not sure how to mod it, anyone do it?

im pretty sure that with the xbox you can do it for free. No need to buy a chip

xbox scene is completely awesome.

I happened in there like 5 months ago and because of all I learned I installed a modchip, a 200gb hdd, put the xbox in a custom white case with a custom laser etched jewel and red leds.

Made a custom bootup screen with red Xbox logo and my own launch menu, have xbox games, n64 games, snes games, sega, psx, nes, Stepmania, dvds, even ****!
