Open to pretty much anything except deadener, wiring, n batteries.

Doesn't have to be car audio.

Could use some odd end accessories for my tC, etc.

i have an installer that does most of my crap, and when i went down there to get the big 3 done one of the dudes gave me all this crap about how the big 3 is only good if you have HOalt and that the "industrial wires" that come in the cars will carry current better than the zero guage audio wires n stuff. I didnt wanna argue with him, I never do. I just say OK and act as if I dont know any better.
That dude needs a new career, no offense. And if you have time this site and some people here can definitely guide you on your way to do stuff on your own. It's not hard at all to do most things.

Wow, cheapest recone I have seen were for my DB Drive WD15's for 75 + shipping each. The recone for the SSA Xcons are $145 + shipping, though being 100% made in the US creates that high of a price..
Thats what kevin told me 40 shipped each all day. But I mean we are talking about skars which are great subs but are not 4" coil monsters

^^^ wtf bro why are u not installing ur own stuff?????? This site alone can help you do anything. Hell provide pics and we can walk u threw anything and not cost u a penny...

yea, its not like I just dont know how to do the stuff, I just choose not to, atleast for now. I got it brand new and if I eff something up its on me. If I let someone else install it, and they eff something up then its their responsibility to fix it. I do some basic stuff by myself though, like taking out comps and putting in new ones, playing with phasing, moving my tweets around, gonna try and build my own box one of these days. I design my own boxes and usually just tell the guy what i want.

basically I'm paranoid....

Yeah you do have a point but I may consider Skars in the future for a mild build. I won't be building anything until my finances get a lot better.. Things have been crazy for me lately. Many misfortune events all happened close together leaving me to sell all my audio to cover bills and some Christmas presents for the family. All I have left is a Nakamichi CD-400 SQ CD Player for sell now and still hurting. If you guys know anyone interested in that CD Player for a SQ build or whatever let me know. It's in the head unit classifieds.

"Measure twice, cut once." Just double check everything you do, go slow, and be cautious of everything and you will do fine. You will feel much prouder to do the work your self and say you did everything once you start doing your builds. Plus it's fun IMO.

youre probably right, whenever my dad gets new truck, hes gonna give me his 03 Suburban and I think I'm gonna do most of the work in it. Now THAT should be fun.

Not sure if you are into rebuilding subs or making your own custom ones, but I have 6 subwoofers for sale. 5 are blown, the other TC1000 shows perfect impedance.

But I have the following for sale.

BNIB Logitech Driving Force GT gaming racing wheel, shifter, and pedals

Two RE SE 12's. These are not the lower quality RE SE X's that are now assembled in China. These are a little bit sought after and can be assembled for a custom driver. (Driver one: Voice Coil 1 is reading 2.2 ohms. Voice Coil 2 is reading 0.) (Driver 2: Voice Coil 1 is reading 2.1 ohms and Voice Coil 2 is reading 0)

Two Infinity Reference 1232W 12" subs. Driver One is locked, Voice Coil 1 is reading 3.1 ohms, Voice Coil 2 is reading 0.4. (The second driver: Voice Coil 1 is reading 3.4 ohms. The second voice coil is reading 0.

And lastly, I have two very sought after TC1000 12" subs with the TC2+ motor that is customization with creating your own customized subwoofer setup. I thought both were blown, but my DIMM is reading that one of the subs is hitting the impedance right on the money, so I am going to test it out tomorrow.

So yeah, I have alot of broken subs. I didnt overpower them. The problem was that I was running a box that the subs were downward facing so the screws loosened up and the subs fell out. So that is why I am ditching the box. Its a Subthump Ultra Deep box for dual 12's. Its a great box, I just dont think I had the adequate screws. I guess I should have anchored them. Live and learn I guess. These are subs I have been collecting for the past several years.
