I agree that everybody started out with something and somewhere on the line learned that there are better ways (like me, had marquant setup before this) to do things....

Think the big line in this story is the following question:

Is it difficult to buy any hardware or is it difficult to make any hardware sound ?

If i see somebody with yoko and supertech shit in his car but with a VERY nice and neet install he would earn more respect then somebody with a jbl 6000w crown amp screwed against some plate in the car with wires showing and powering a GTi sub that gives 160+ db's

call me a pothead then. I would give the cronw amps dude props for being liund and having good equipment, but the other guy would gte about 100 times more props from me cause of a good install.
