Wal-Mart Ribbon Tweeters.. Any good??????

I think the company is called VR1 and they have a set of Ribbon Tweeters for $49. I was just wondering if anyone has ever used them and if so are they any good? Also I dont know about your guys walmarts but ours just upgraded its Car Audio section with a ton of NEW stuff... They even have Component sets now..

A guy at work bought one of the amps and had me put it in. That thing still works!...lol Almost 2 yrs now.

About the only experience with that stuff I've had anyway.

They are made by roadmaster so I'm sure they are not the best.

Try ithem out and see how they perform. If you don't like them you can always return them. As long as you pay cash you'll be able to get your money back or at worst a gift card for the amount you paid.

I got my front speakers and my Monster speaker wire at walmart so they do have some decent things there at a pretty good price... They should have a new class in DB Drag.. Walmart Street Class... See who can get the loudest off of stuff only bought from walmart...

To bad walmart wont host some stereo Comps at there stores.. I remember a few years back when circuit city did that and a ton of people always showed for those events.. If walmart would do it I think it would help bring back the intrest in car audio.. I mean you got to admit that year after year there are fewer and fewer comps around... Just my opinion
