Before you go to bed go for a nice hard run, work up a good sweat and then go to bed all sweaty. That way you really wont wake up in a sweat, you are already sweaty. Maybe it would get all your sweat out before you went to bed and you wouldnt be able to sweat in your sleep. i dont know Im just thining of untried methods.
