*W7- or -L7*

I currently have an 97' expedition with third row seat taken out. I am debating between getting 2-12" jl audio w7[/b] with a jl 1000/1 amp versus 2-15" kicker solo-baric L7's (2006 model) with a kicker 2500 amp. any suggestions or comments on either subs. I am under the impression that w7's are very accurate and are good for quality whereas the L7's are designed to really slap hard and deliver thumping power. what would you guys reccomend? keep in mind i listen to a lot of hip/hop and rap music and have plenty of room for a big box. if you guys could help me out with some pro's or con's it would make my decision making a little easier. thanks.

P.S. I replaced factory speakers with jl audio xr series components and 2-ways for rear with jl 300/4 amp.

i don't care what he listens to, if money is no object W7s for sure.

but yes you are comparing apples and oranges. But i would still go with the W7's because these things do get loud and it sounds super clean. I heard one 13W7 off of an 1000/1 and man it got super loud but clean, hence its a SQL sub.

One 1000/1 isn't enough for a pair of 12" W7's IMHO.

I don't know about the 2006 model L7's, but the W7 could walk all over a 2005 L7 of the same size.

I don't see the need in wasting money on the W7's though if you just listen to rap.
