So I found digital volt meter at my grandpas and he gave it to me so ive been testing Ohms on amps and subs i have and then today tested the volt output of my batt in my car and it read a 14.3V

I was suprised because i drive a 98 buick century with a stock alt and its still running this well.

my friend has an 02 camry and his only read 13.8 and he put in a beefed up batt and just the fact that its newer.

13.6 - 14.8 is the range for charge voltage. Different manufacturers do it at different rates. Both are within spec for charge voltage.
