We ordered 2 different op- amps and I'm waiting for them to get here...The owner of the amp has been Extremely helpful in locating parts...I'm going to try both and take distortion measurements to see which one is the best sounding over all....Its not really part of what we're doing but I need to put it to rest in my head for once and for all...Part A or part B...I need to know...
I have all the caps in but I don't want to do any more partial work..I would like to sit down and finish the amp when I start working on it again as it's just not productive in the shop to work on stuff and stop and go back to it unless it's a matter of waiting for part's
In its current state the amp is back up and running just without it's heat sink...I did power it up to make sure everything was OK with the work we did so far though...so...Caps and Op-Amps to do....
