verizon smartphones

ok guys lets hear from the phone gurus. im looking to get a smartphone. has to be verizon. im looking at the droid, hd2 and inkredible. im looking for ease of use, decent battery, apps, and speed. what do you guys recommend?

i played with the droid for 3 minutes and almost bought it off ebay for 300 right after and i dont even have version....

Get the droid X.

Incredibles **** good too.

Along with the original Droid.

Wait for the new droid to release, better keyboard if you need a physical keyboard. If you don't need a physical keyboard then get the incredible.

The Droid is a decent phone, the camera is trash, and so is the keyboard, but besides that, it is very fast and nice. The Incredible has a much better camera and is much faster, but the all touch screen thing is terrible, for me at least. Another one I really liked was the HTC Touch Pro2, but its not Android. The new Droid that is coming out sometime in July( I think) should definitely be nice, since it will basically be a Droid Incredible stuffed into a remodeled Droid body.

I bought the devour with the built in keyboard but took it back a week later way to bulky and was slowing down even with a app killer. I ordered my incredible and should be here the second week of July.

II know the new iphone can that is why there is a rumor going around that we still might get the iphone. If they go 4g and you have one of the phones that is coming out now like the droid 2 or the droid x you should be fine. Do not know about the incredible.

HTC droid has a terrible battery. My wife has it and it's kind of a bitter sweet. She likes the apps and all that crap, but hates the battery, and it takes a long time to boot up, plus it has frozen on her a couple times. She gets frustrated pretty easily though. I personally don't mind some of those things. Electronics aren't perfect. You might wait for the next gen. phones if you can wait. Hope this helps a little.
