phone is brand new, i bought one here that was broken, took it to the verizon store and got it replaced for free.

as far as i can tell its flawless except for one scratch on the side of the phone, screens perfect. I have a USB cord as well as the charger.

comes with a stylus but i can load a program on it that makes it have an interface somewhat like an iphone, all very easy to use touch screen features.

id keep it, but im too used to my old phone.
