Anybody in the DFW area have it?

I am moving to Grapevine this weekend. Time Warner Cable can't get us cable until the 27th. I am looking into Verizon for both internet and cable. Any opinions?

This isn't wireless. It is a fiber optic cable run to your house.

Anyone have any idea how much the prices go up to after the Honeymoon period. I can sell the wife on the special prices for the first 8 months, but if it doubles or close to it, she wouldn't like it(hell, I wouldn't like it).

I love my verizon Fios

Came and installed the fiber optics about a year ago.

Fast DSL, Good quality TV, and Home phone with free nationwide long distance. We pay $125 a month for ours. (all three services.)

We had the 15mb when there was a business ran out of the house. I believe that we switched down to the 5mb a few months ago, not sure. Honestly, I play CS:source and BF2 with no issues while DLing music, my brother paying WoW, and others surfing the net. 5 PC's in the house and all of them running off the same wireless network.

Put it this way...Yes it is bad ***..im still on TWC as I dont have it avalible here...

However, no one can beat the price/Performance

Speeds near advertised speed? You bet, we had to throttle it down a little bit because we were getting over what we advertised. People who paid for 5mb were getting 15....Its that efficient...

I may work for the company that provides it, but my opinion is coming from a consumer standpoint. Its amazing...
