VERGE VGA460 Rate this amp for me..

I was thinking about this amp because there selling on ebay for $10-$20.

But, I dont know anything about this amp. It will have to run 4 6"Infinitys(200watts) Do you think it can handle it?

This is all I found about the amp. Has anyone actually used this amp that can tell me about it.
