Vent Velocity

hey guys, just a fast one on the topic

ive been told or read someware the u should keep vent velocity under 17ms. it apairs the BBP6 like to see it under 34ms. so wich is right?? also my vents always have routered edges, to reduce port noise

17 is the safest bet. 34 is more like a "at this level you WILL hear port noise" point. I personally like to stay under 25 or so, that way I can squeeze the box size down a tiny bit.
