Okay I placed an order with express mail and got a tracking number on sunday. It's not supposed to be here until tomorrow. Express is supposed to be next day or 2 day; can I get a refund?

Also, I won't be here when it gets delivered, will they leave it if I leave them a note and sign it?

food/rent/clothing, absolute necessities. I don't even approve of welfare to BEGIN with, I think anyone who cant survive should die off to be honest, but if they ARE getting it it better **** well be important.

I been living on my own since i was 17 working any job I could and busting my *** and im comfortable now making maybe more than my parents and its not like I am a genius I dropped out of highschool. I really show no pity to anyone who doesnt have priorities.
