The only problem I have is that no where did req say that his buyer said the package came ****ed up and he RTSd it. He said if it ever came he would send the cash.

Sorry req, tell you the truth though, Im suprised thats not how it looked when you got it from me. Them military ****ers are horrible. When I got my Ti, the crate had been busted open and the top half of the foam inside wastorn to shit. It sucks we cant ship things without others ****ing our stuff up.

I simply always pay for insurence. I really believe that they treat the box differently when its insured vs when its not.

Shipping sucks.

yeah i sent a package to someone on the forums forgot who with the 1500D amp and it was damaged too the bracket was bent, i got insurance, so ima tell him to go to usps and get some money back or soemthing cause that was quer

well. he said the package never even got to him. so thats that.

and since i dont ahve insurance because their ****ing machiene didnt have those options - how would i get any money back. and if the USPS guy threw somthing on my porch and i saw him, id run the **** out there and tackle his ***, and throw him against my cement porch.

actually id prolyl set up a video and record the mother ****er doing it. then try and get somthing out of it.

Yeah, you're pretty much stuck since any legal action would be more hassle than it's worth.

They are allowed to throw packages. As long as there not paid for fragile they can (Toss) the word the post office used on the porch. any thing I have gotten lately I have had them make me sign for it pay the extra $1.00 or so that why its not thrown.

yea okay to clear my name...The package never came to me.... If it would have came to me i would have called him and told him that it looked like that and that i was refusing it...but it never came...and i will put that on my life. Because i really wanted a tempest cuz all i hear are good things from these forums about them so i figured they must be pretty **** good. But USPS messed that up and thanx to them i have no bump as of right now. Also it cost him 10 to get the package back i assume for shipping? and if it originally cost him 19 dollars for shipping then wouldnt they have charged him another 19 to get the package since it would have had to of been shipped from my house back to his...? Or maybe i am a retard and USPS just charges a $10 fee for returned packages? The day the postal service opens its doors to competition, is going to be a very good day indeed.

Uh they did that when they stopped being a government agency... actually they have a disadvantage because they cant change thier prices for competion and dont get money from the government either or something like that. Also as for shipping it just depends on how gay the person that ships it is. I guess some people just feel like Jacking up packages, and They should probly be popped with a slingshot or something. Also the package 'tossing' incident, did you do anything to make the mailman mad or something? Cause I think they are prone to anger due to people asking them for mail early and bad management trying to shave time off thier route and computerized route management saying they should finish the route ten minutes earlier... oh rant. Anyway I couldn't see my dad (who is a mailcarrier) tossing a package onto a porch, I think the problem may be what plagues almost any organization, retards that dont think about thier actions and think its fun to damage stuff, without even thinking about who it will affect, people having fits about something like they dont get enough 'christmas vacations' off even though they get it off every year and the vacation time is supposed to rotate...ect. Hey dont make your mailman mad eh?

I did nothing to piss my mail man off I dont know him etc. Just seen him do it the one day. So I went out and grabbed it he was walkn away and didnt look at me then the next day the same thing happend so I went out and was like you know yesturday I had some stuff that could break pretty easy in it, and he said if thats the case have it shipped fragile, then walked away. A week later my paycheck never came for 3 days and he leaves a note saying my house numbers are too high so he didnt leave it. For over 1yr he has been leavn it there. Thats when I was pissed and went to the post office about everything and nothing could be done. But my house number is right above my mailbox about 4 inches above in bigger numbers and name etc on the box he had no reason for that

Huh.....I absolutely hate shipping UPS or Fedex, I almost always ship USPS. Gets there faster, for cheaper, and (atleast in my experience) in better shape than if it had been through UPS or Fedex.
