its almost brand new, used about two weeks, no sim card. bought it off of a friend who needed cash. it has a small drop in the top right where you can only see the scuff if its really close to your eyes, and another small TINY black mark on the bottom right. thats it. perfect otherwise.

got another for sale, scratch on the back bottom of the battery cover, a few small ones on the top left corner, and a few small pen(little smaller) scratches on the right. 8/10 cosmetically. 175$ shipped.
