lane kifin killed it for y'all this year, and many years to come. who are they talking about winning the sec east next year? it sure as hell aint y'all. gamecocks are considered to be the top contenters next year.

Yeah, has been a top program in the SEC for years.

Not really. Sure he hurt our pride but what exactly did he do while he was here? The biggest loss was his dad but even that is not a huge loss as he was susceptible to getting beat by the spread offense. I'll also say that UT hired some pretty good coaches after his departure and they were in rebuilding stages as it was so the transition isn't that bad.

Who else, Florida. Don't let all those players leaving fool you. Some of the guys playing behind them have just as much talent if not more, and the guys behind them....well lets just say they are deep everywhere in talent. Their best receiver hasn't even seen the field yet. It's good to be the top University in the state of Florida. Tennessee finishes 2nd, Georgia finishes 3rd. USCjr will be fighting KY for that 4th spot, like always.

Only in South Carolina. Just like every year.

we'll we shall see next year. our offensive line gets better we'll reek havoc in the east. way too much talent to go 7-6 this year. we have the best secondary and recieving squad in the sec. probably second or third in the nation.

and... tennessee is still a has-been. if you think for a second that ut will finish second or third in the sec east next year... you need shock treatment and very strong sedatives.

ut fans are the worst in all of the sec. everybody hates going to knoxville to see their team play. fans, even the cops are totall jerks to opposing team fans. last year i went to the game with pregnent girl. it was freezing cold and raining. worse trip i ever made going to see my team lose. fans were the biggest assholes. iremember toward the end of the game south carolina scored a td and our band started to play our fight song and the sorry *** ut band started playing "ROCKY TOP" over our band. you cant get any more disrespectfull.

UT is going to lose Berry and Hardesty to the draft. 2 of their best players. Even crompton might be gone
Crompton was a senior. Janzen Jackson will fill in nicely for Berry and their backfield is deep, the deepest in the SEC next to Bama. They have a lot of experience coming back. 2 senior WRs and very good senior TE. The backfield is very very strong. The only weak point is the offensive line as there will probably be 2 or 3 freshman starters. QB play is yet to be determined. Stephens has shown signs of greatness in practice and the addition to Simms out of JUCO should provide a competitive spring practice. I think the run game will make the QB better, just like last year. The other weak point is the DT position as they have no depth unless one of last years freshman or this years incoming recruits prove to be ready to play right away. They are pretty sound everywhere else. Veteran LB corp, pretty good coverage CBs, and a safety that is rarely out of position just like Berry.

fail... south carolina has the strongest secondary in the sec

Lol. Only in South Carolina.
do the math... what team last year ate up our secondary? only reason our defense gave up anything was because our offensive line sucked soo bad that our offense couldnt stay on the field. i dont care how good your defense is if your offense doesnt do squat, your defense will tire out by the 4th quarter. only reason y'all beat us last year was because we fumbled the ball 4 times. 3 of those fumbles contributed to 21 points.

again, our secondary is unreal. we just recruited 2 more 4 star defensive backs

Oh please. I guess no credit goes to the UT defense who hadn't allowed a TD in 10 quarters going into that game, or the fact that Hardesty ran circles(literally) around that stellar D. Here's something to think about. UT fired 16 year National Champion coach Johnny Majors after a loss to USCjr and hired Fulmer. Fast forward 17 years and another loss to USCjr and National Championship coach Fulmer gets fired. What does that tell you? When you lose to lame *** programs like USCjr something is wrong. I'll also say that's the only 2 wins USCjr has against the Vols ever. They also happened to be two of the worst UT teams in the last 40 years. When you beat a good UT team come back and talk smack.

Stars. Woohoo, we got start by our players names. Stars are worthless. Hell UT signed two 4 star DBs as well along with a 4 star QB a 5 star WR a few 4 star DEs, blah blah blah. The two best players in the state of South Carolina opted to go elsewhere. One is at UT, and the other on would have been had Kiffin not created a frenzy. Why didn't they opt to play for the almighty USCjr since they will be competing for the SEC? It's pretty funny that South Carolina is one of the top states at producing talented football players yet USCjr always sucks.

Lmao. Tennesssee highschool football has always sucked. They recruit nationally because they can't count on in state talent. Sure we get a few players from SC but UTs pipeline state is Georgia, always has been always will be. Recently they have been dipping into Louisiana and Florida because of the ties the coaches have. This past year alone they signed kids from 13 different states. Including South Carolina's best player.

Weak. Please. Oh and BTW UT hasen't lost to KY in 24 years.

First we play Georgia, Florida, and Alabama every single year. Next year we have Oregon first game and they usually schedule a quality mid tier team late in the season. Add in the alternating game between Ole Miss, LSU, Auburn and Arky and that's tough my friend. Hell in the years to come we have Ohio State, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Cincinnati scheduled. I guess that's weak.
