i know on the sq side they (iasca and usac) are pretty much willing to let about anyone go so i would find it hard to believe they would turn down a vehicle in db that competed and did well. basically its their fault you dont have points for the lack of shows in alot of areas. they used to be all over all the time. figuring how they are wanting a big show i would email both usac and iasca and get the scoop.

ok like 6 years ago you had to either win a regional plus place in the top 5 at 1 other show or have the total points needed to get a finals invite. (i didnt when i went but that was due to 3 shows having shows not turning in the scores lol that cost me my regional point championship //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif ) otherwise you couldnt go. what im basically saying is they are being more leiniant about invites no?

I am getting my invite but won't be going, can't afford the trip right now and I don't think my car is as up to par as I would want it to be for such an event. Class would have been Street Smart 601+.

Sorry to burst your bubble but it shows you have 2nd place state record if your name is David Frennier. Unless there is a misprint sorry in advance. I was told you get invited to finals for 200 points unless there is not alot of shows in your area or if you win a regionals for sq.

THis is true, last year we out here in Cali had a points curve because there wasn't enough shows, he DOES have a championship

However, I am not sure who informed him that you get an auto invite to finals for a state championship. This is not true.
