Not yet. Delivery date was Friday the 13th. I was late getting home but my family was there to accept packages. I knew that my stuff was coming and I asked family to hang out until my stuff is delivered. UPS is consistent with the delivery times here. Almost guaranteed to be 11:30 am +/- 15 mins. I had to wait until Tuesday before I made any calls to ask WTF? I wasnt scheduled for a Sat delivery and Monday was MLK Day. I wanted to make sure that UPS had plenty of time to come back and deliver my stuff. Well today is Saturday the 28th and the claim process is well underway. I got a call yesterday from UPS and they said that the claim is going to settle by next Friday the 3rd. There are TWO things that I learned from this experience: Have the shipper send items and place items on "Will Call" at my local UPS Customer Service center. About 3 miles away. Also, I need to check addresses of places where I buy stuff online. It turns out that the company that I bought my equipment from is only 20 mins away from me. I could have avoided this entire scenario by simply checking an address :/
